Terms of Service

Terms of service for our site are quite simple:

1. We will not sell / offer your data to any 3rd parties without getting your permission first;
2. We will not moderate posts immediately after someone creates them to speed up the process of making the information available for others to help (speed if of the essence in case of missing pets). Nevertheless:
   1. Responsibility for every post is solely from the person / entity that created it;
   2. Anyone can report a post to us using the email admin@kuiqfind.com and we will look into it;
   3. We can revise this policy at any stage, introducing moderation before publishing, in case we start having many false posts. We do not want to do this since it will introduce a delay in the process but, if required, we will do.
3. If, at any time, you would like to be removed from our database, just email us at admin@kuiqfind.com using the email provided when registering. We will get in contact with you to validate you are the one requesting it and, if confirmed, will proceed with removing your data.
